I was encouraged by my discipler and some of our YACS (Youth in Action for Community Service) team members to do this Journal 101. It's a great way of scribbling your personal message and testimony to God. It contains your special verse, God's message on that day, His command to obey, warning to heed, His promise, and your application.

Sabi ng isang kasama ko, "Try niyo. You'll see how God is so sweet, so malambing sa life natin. And you can trace how you are growing in your faith with God. Sa journal mo malalaman kung gano magmahal si Lord at pano nagwowork yung relationship niyo. In short, your journal is like your written daily love story with God."

I was so excited and now I've started it na. Masarap yung feeling. Lahat nasasabi mo. Thank God.

But of course, kami lahat sa team may covenant kay God. NO FOOD ENTERS YOUR MOUTH UNTIL YOU ARE FINISHED WITH YOUR JOURNAL. Twice a day kasi. Sa morning wherein may quiet time ka (basa ng Word ni Lord). Yung special verse na ibibigay sayo ni Lord that morning will be your guide for that day. Meditate on that Word of God the whole day. Tapos at the end of the day, you'll write again sa journal on what was the impact of such verse, yung application mo, and all your testimonies on such day.
